COVID-19 Patient Guide - August 2021

We want you to continue to remain safe and well while we are providing your skin camouflage and scar management support. We have therefore revised our procedures in line with Government Guidelines and we will remain COVID secure with the following measures in place, to continue to minimise the risk of infection to those using our services.   

Safety Procedures at our Clinics
Whilst some businesses are now able to offer a significant lifting of restrictions, medical establishments and practices such as ourselves continue to remain cautious due to the number of people we see and their individual vulnerabilities.

Key information ahead of your appointment:
It is important that you read and act upon the following information. As far as you or we can ascertain, you must be COVID-19 free for your consultation to go ahead.

• If you become unwell with COVID-19 symptoms, are tested for COVID-19 or advised to self-isolate before you are due to attend your appointment you must inform us.
• Face masks should still be worn inside the building until the completion of your visit unless you are exempt.
• Where possible, please continue to keep a safe distance.  
• Please continue to use the hand sanitiser on arrival and wash your hands as soon as you are able.
• There should be no handshakes or any physical contact that is not an essential part of your appointment.
• Please attend on time but not too early for your appointment.
• Please try to attend your appointment alone.  If you would like to speak with us about whether someone should accompany you, please do call or email us.  
• Please let us know in advance if you have any hearing impairment which means you rely on lipreading.  This is not a problem; we just need to wear a different kind of mask.
• If may be appropriate for us to take your temperature on arrival.
