Terms & Conditions

Prescriptions & treatment

I understand that the skin camouflage products recommended, may be available to me on NHS prescription via the Borderline Substances List.
I understand that there must be a colour difference between the area that requires camouflage to the surrounding skin, in order for the skin camouflage treatment to take place.

Terms & Conditions

A deposit of £150.00 is required.
I understand that all information will be kept confidential and will not be passed onto any commercial third parties.

Cancellations
Once you have been offered an appointment, confirmation and deposit must be made within 48 hours. After which time your appointment will be offered to someone else.

International Referral

Paying for your treatment:

If your treatment at 10 Harley Street is being funded through your embassy, please contact your embassy or company to check the details of your cover.
If your embassy or sponsor is paying for your treatment, they will need to provide a Letter Of Guarantee (LOG) confirming they will cover the costs of your treatment at 10 Harley Street before you book an appointment.

* No deposit is required if payment is via the Embassy.

Self Referral

Paying for your treatment:
A referral letter from your GP is not required. If you are paying for your own treatment a deposit will be required during the booking process. An appointment will be offered within 48 hours of completing the online form.
